New Fiber One Cookies and Meal Bars

Fiber One just introduced new Streusel Bars, Cookies and Meal Bars!

The Fiber One Meal Bar has 10 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber which is nice for those of us trying for a healthier lifestyle. Fiber One Streusel is a delicious streusel bar made with a brown sugar and oats topping over a real fruit filling that contains 20% daily value of fiber, 150 calories per bar, and 12 grams whole grain. There are also cookies that are soft and chewy, baked with delicious chunks of chocolate. Each cookie contains 20% of your Daily Value of Fiber and is individually packaged for easy on-the-go convenience.

You can purchase these new Fiber One goodies at Target. I had the chance to try all of them and I have to say they were all delicious. Don't let the fact that they contain fiber fool you, they are quite tasty! My favorite however was the meal bar! Who doesn't love chocolate and almonds right?

Check FiberOne.com for more info and find Fiber One on Facebook!
