I actually came across some awesome pins on this very subject today because I had some ginger tea in my cupboard and wanted to get the scoop on the benefits of drinking ginger tea. I was a little bloated too and since the packet stated it helped with digestion I gave it a go and it really helped. I had a mild headache going on too and it eased that pain as well.
The tea I had was Yogi ginger tea. I've also read ginger and lemon is an awesome combination and Yogi teas offer this combination also. So long story short, next time you feel bloated give ginger tea a try!
